Please help me, I'm desperate.
I bought a brand new Mbox Mini with Pro Tools Express like two years ago, and the iLok USB key it came with is registered to someone else. I've been completely unable to contact Avid for help with this matter in any way. All the phone numbers I find and try ask for some kind of code or number for me to enter and I don't have any idea what it's asking for. I can find no support email addresses. I've been unable to use my equipment and software for years because of this, and when I tried to click on "Pro Tools First Troubleshooting" it asks me to log in to my Avid Master Account and it won't let me. I have the correct email and password, but it simply won't let me log in with them for no discernible reason. I paid a lot of good money for this stuff and I need to be able to use it.
