Can anyone help me in this case:
I just installed Pts HD 12.4 / windows 7 64 on a new pc.
Works perfectly in simple test situation with usb audio on a Focusrite 18i8, but my DAW is normally connected with a Lynx Aurora 8. But this ADDA is not recognized now as hardware in the pts "playback engine".
When I try to start pts 12.4 connected to the Lynx I get the message that the hardware "can't be initialised" so Pro Tools has to quit
It used to work perfectly on my old pc (windows7 32bit/protools 10.3.1/lynx aurora8)
By the way: the Aurora works perfect (on my new PC) with my old pts 10.3.10 which I installed too, in the X86 folder. So the PCIe HDcard is working in the 32bit constellation.
I updated everything: firmware Lynx is now up-to-date (LT-HD slots and internal)
