My subscription On-Hold due to the re-Billing problem?

Just upgrade my HD license but when I try to download the HD 12.4 product, it says the subscription is On-Hold because the re - billing was not successful, but the payment did get through, nevertheless, I can't find any new subscription in my ilok account, sent over a email to the customer support but haven't get any reply, anyone knows what happened ??? thanks
