I'm wanting to sell my Pro Tools 10/11HD license bundle.
It can legally be transferred as it is not tied to Avid hardware. It is an upgrade from PT10 with Complete Production Toolkit.
Avid confirms that provided we follow the transfer of ownership process, which I believe costs $75, then you will end up with the license bundle correctly registered in your Avid account, with access to download installer links.
Importantly, of course, you'll be able to upgrade to PT12HD with a support plan.
If you buy it before December 31st 2015, you'll be able to purchase the PT12HD upgrade at the current offer price of $599. From 1st January 2016, the cost will be $999, so there is a real incentive to upgrade now rather than later.
Sensible offers please, and bear in mind you'll need to include the $75 fee as well.
