Pro tools One processor is on

Hi everybody !
I'm a new user of pro tools 12.3.1

I have a problem when i load plugin. In cpu i see just one processor working ... Maybe it's normal ? I have crackles when i play with virtual instrument...

In reaper, cpu i s working at 20% with the same midi file and instrument...

Maybe i must optimize again ? I already read optimization and i do all the advice...

I'm on windows 10 x64...

I'm french, sorry for my english...
