Routing VI audio to HDX if HDN can't handle.

Hi guys, i didn't find any about this so i put it here hoping someone enlighten me
In a session with only 28 internal audio tracks, but also 49 VI tracks and 4 external audio channels coming from HD OMNI converter, so 32 channels and 49 Virtual instruments, plus 8 buses and 2 master channels.
I know 32 channels is not a big deal, but each channel will have at least 6 plugins.
Also it must be 32 bit, can be 192khz(no need but it helps low latency, if computer hold), latency must be under 3ms.
Intel will launch in january it's i7 with 10 cores(20 threads) that can be overclock beyond 4Ghz that i intent to use.
I hope HDN can handle it, but if not i imagine a solution on HDX card:
Has any way to routing the audio from VI tracks direct to HDX card to process plugins on their audio channels? If so the computer will handle only VIs without aggregating latency, and HDX will handle all plugins from all channels, and i will stay on HDX latency.
I do preffer HDN because of the plugins, but if it can't handle i'll find may way in HDX, even if it be HDX3, if it keep this very unique session at the specs needed.
But i'm afraid that because it's VI it's all about native and even using HDX card the latency will still there? If so has no diference in be HDX or HDN right?
Please help me guys i'm lost here.
