Session Audio Import Screen is too large and cannot minimize

When I need to import audio to another track I cannot because the screen is too large and the cursors dont minimize properly and eventually I completely lose the screen and cannot exit pt properly. When the screen is open it goes past the icons on the bottom of my screen so I cannot see what is below. Does anyone know how to fix this?
