Today I checked for updates within the Soundminer application and a popup notified me that a new version 4.5v187 was available. I downloaded it and attempted to install it, but got bounced back citing a dongle wasn't available. I have my authorisation on a iLok but for some reason aren't allowed to install the update?
Could anyone fill me in as to what I need to do?
