Still unable to complete purchase at Avid store, after 5 days' trying

Is anyone else having trouble buying the Upgrade Plan at the Avid store? After I enter the payment information, I get:

Error 205
Clicking on the link to Avid Support leads to no possible to way to contact them, aside from submitting a contact request, which I did five days ago and have received no response.

Are you guys having success?
