I have a subscription to ProTools 12, softwareplan only, native. I bought it last november. Now the application manager tells me: 'Support Plan Expiring' Please check your MyAvid account. It doesn't tell me which plan is running out. I never had a support plan for ProTools, so that can't be the one, and the plan I have for Sibelius will run out in september of 2016, according to the manager, so that can also not be the one.
Strange indeed.
So I click the message and get sent to my MyAvid environment on the Avid website. Now I'm thinking: Maybe this support plan isn't such a bad idea, wasn't there some deal going on where you get to use some extra plugins? So I hit 'Renew plan' in my account but the site sends me to to an empty page. So I go to the Avid Store but this 'support plan' is nowhere to be found, nor is there any information on this deal that's supposedly going on.
Am I doing something wrong here or is the Avid website a shambles?

Support plan running out. But the Avid Store doesn't appear to be selling it.
