Upgrade 11.3.1 to 11.3.2

I purchased the Pro tools 10/ 11 bundle. I'm currently using 11.3.1 but am unable to upgrade to 11.3.2. I've read this is a paid upgrade or that you have to have purchased PT 12 in order to get this upgrade. Is that true?
