Im trying to help a colleague of mine upgrade his PT system. Currently he's on 9 vanilla and wants to upgrade to 12 perpetual licence with a teacher/educational discount.
1) Could someone tell me if this is the correct one?

2) If his PT9 is non academic is this still the correct upgrade path? In the past I know this was possible but I'm not sure of the current scenario.
3) If he buys the standard $99 perpetual upgrade licence can he still get updates as they are released?
