Upgrade PT 10 to PT12 please help

Hi there! How are you doing?
My question is simple, I think, but I need some information.
My Mac Pro has just died and I want to buy a new one.
I want to carry on using Pro Tools but I know that PT 10 will never run in
Capitan.
Right now it seems to be an offer wich says this:
Upgrade to a greater creative power ... 89 euros and get 1 year of future versions.
The low cost upgrades for old Pro Tools versions won't be available soon.

After tapping there a series of options are available but no one matches this price. There's a 105 euros educational upgrade and a few more options.
So, my question is:
Does this '89 euros and get ...' that after a year I won't be able to upgrade PT any more but I will be able to use that PT forever?
And as a second question:
What requirements do I have to meet to buy this educational version if the other one doesn't exists any more?
Please, help me out because I thinking seriously getting back to Logic.
