I have an iMac 27 with El Capitan. I've downloaded the latest version of PT and installed it but it isn't authorized and can't be seen by my iLok. I'm a bit stuck as PT won't open. It seems that my iLok doesn't have the license in it for the new PT 12.3.1 download. I see an error or "You don't have any licenses in your account, or none of the licenses there have activations available....You do not have any pending deliveries for the license(s) you need to authorized the software.
My AVID Application Manager shows Pro Tools Perpetual Standard Support and Upgrade Plan expiring on 3/31/16
Apps shows PT 12.3.1.260
Licensing shows PT App Icon - Not Activated is grayed out below.
What's my next step to be able to use my rig again?
