Hey there. Long time reader, first time poster.
I'm in the market for a new mac for use at home and want to run ProTools 12.
I'm currently running:
I've done some research on DUC and elsewhere, so I know I need an i7 and shouldn't buy a fusion drive. So I'm thinking...
Thoughts? Will I run into any trouble with this setup?
Thanks very much.

I'm in the market for a new mac for use at home and want to run ProTools 12.
I'm currently running:
- ProTools 10.3.7
- iMac (mid 2010) with 20GB RAM running OSX 10.8.5
- 003 Rack
I've done some research on DUC and elsewhere, so I know I need an i7 and shouldn't buy a fusion drive. So I'm thinking...
- 27-inch iMac with Retina 5K display
- 4.0GHz quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 4.2GHz
- 32GB 1867MHz DDR3 SDRAM - four 8GB
- 1TB Flash Storage
- AMD Radeon R9 M395X with 4GB video memory
Thoughts? Will I run into any trouble with this setup?
Thanks very much.

Would you buy this setup? Upgrading from 10 to 12 on Mac.
