Magma 3T HDX lost connection problem

Hi Guys,

Can anyone explain why this happens? Or what settings should i use...



When mixing or programming...leave the session open, untouched,to take a break, lets say 30 min...when I come back then protools has lost the connection with the Magma Chassis, even when I restart Protools, then the HDX system is not recognised.



I have to restart the Mac to recognise the Magma Chassis...before i can use protools HD with HDX
