Cant Create Ilok account displaying Email in use

Hey guys. I have just recently purchased AVID PRO TOOLS and am trying to authorise the product so i can download it. I have proceeded to www.ilok.com to set up an account as instructed in the manual but every time I fill in the fields and go to create the account it displays that the email address is already in use. Basically as if I already have an account.



This is really frustrating me now and have even made a different hotmail email to see if that would work and I still receive the same message... Has anyone else had this issue or direct me to the right place to resolve it?
