Conforming to Film Animation changes

Hey guys,



since I am doing an industrial film with lots of animation and no edls (because the few changes in the compositing in premiere don't matter with the many changes in cinema 4d etc) I am asking myself how you guys doing that?



I grouped all the fx and atmos I already put in and and then manually conformed to the picture. The details come afterwards. For drafts do you guys put in the exact sounddesign or do you wait for the picture lock?
