My iLok, among other things, was stolen. So I bought a new iLok thinking I could simply activate/transfer my already verified license over to the new iLok I bought. It seems that this is not so simple.
- Where do I find my activation code so I can redeem it on my new iLok (same user as the one that was stolen)
I have tried "Avid Software Activation and Download", but it tells me that the code has already been used (which it has, on the iLok that was stolen), but it also tells me to check my account for downloads and codes. Where?
I also received an ASC-code when I registered my Pro Tools, but that doesn't work either.
How can I solve this?
