missing ilok license after registering, ASC not working

After registering and activating 6 Avid Pro Tools 11 Bundles, only 5 were received on ilok service. I have confirmation Emails from every single registration, the ilok user is the same for all registrations.

Tried using the ASC, but keep getting:

"Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page". tried several times, for several days on different browsers.

your help would be appreciated.
