"ProTools quit unexpectedly". Please help!

Every time i try to open my newly purchased protools 11, this is what it says. The message also reads:

"Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple."



That's all. I've got my [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep]ty little iLok USB dongle thing plugged in, I have (as far as I know) downloaded all the requisite bits of software, I've got 8GB of ram on my Mac, which I thought would be enough- I'm not running any other programs.



Does anyone have any solutions? Come across this before?? Any help is much appreciated as I desperately need to begin a bunch of work with the program.
