PT 11 64 bit x plugins with oversampling

Hi fellas

I just purchased some tracks plugins and they have oversampling by default the sound is amazing but higher cpu usage on my PT10.The question is with 64 bit format of PT 11 and 16 gig of ram those plugins will be lighter cpu wise?
