PT Express ligit hardware for $199 crossgrade?

But a bit unclear on which hardware are Avid(and thereby ligit):

#1. Is the same list ligit for PT Express?

#2. Are M-Audio stuff like Fasttrack considered Avid and ligit for this $199 crossgrade?

#3. And it states that Avid is avail as during 2015 as well.

Does this mean this crossgrade can be done anytime 2015 as well- not only until Dec 20th, if having Avid hardware soundcards?

#4. It states that $199 can enter support plan if left?

is this correct, if not doing renewal for $199 as one year expired - and then maybe two years later - you can pay $199 to get the support plan again?

#5. PT Express is locked to hardware you bought - but is PT 11 completely open to 3rd party ASIO stuff?

thinking if the initial hardware limitation persist after crossgrade.
