Studio Monitor Express uninstalled but engine still appears in Pro Tools

I ran the StudioMonitorExpress uninstaller after a client installed on my ProTools rig but there is still an option in PlaybackEngine for StudioMonitorExpress.



I also get a popup in iPhoto and other apps that reads "No output device selected in Studio Monitor Express, using default output" This popup comes up about 20 times when opening iPhoto. Just once in other apps.



Any ideas on where this is coming from? Seems like a fragment of the program has remained.
