Pro Tools 11 Constant Crashing on Open

It's getting to the point now where I can't even open a session to do work on it. Anyone else having this. I've become increasingly frustrated with AVID and Pro Tools. I paid $1000 for PT10, two weeks before they started offering free upgrades to 11, so I had to pay another $600 10 months later for the 11 upgrade... I've spent in excess of $5k on controllers, $2k on hardware, etc. All in the name of using the "Professional Industry Standard". I've never had the problems with Cubase/Reaper/Logic that I have with PT, and frankly I'm jack of it and about to sell all my hardware and software off to the highest bidder as this is supposed to fun and not frustrating, time consuming, and expensive, with no recourse for assistance without paying MORE money to them, really? And now running a subscription model? After all the money I've already forked out as an individual. Feels a bit like I'm getting bent over and given a stiff one by AVID.



Anyhow, since I'm running OSX Mavericks (haven't updated as Eucontrol does not support), and the latest update of PT11, does anyone have any idea how to stop session files from crashing before they even open?
