Pro Tools 7.1 not loading with Music Production Toolkit

I recently started using my old Creation Station computer and Pro Tools 7.1 with the Digi 002 rack again to remix some songs. I can't get Pro Tools to load with the original Music Production Toolkit installed. I want to use it for the higher track count it gives and I also for the plug ins.

I have searched all over the internet for a solution and would appreciate any help with this.
