Pro Tools Express won't load fully...Help???

Hi everyone,



I'm new to this so hope you can help me.



I just purchased Pro tools express with Pro tools 11 cross grade. I decided to install the PT express due to my mac compatibility and operating system. I installed it following all instructions, however when I load the program, the screen pops up as if it's about to load, but then it disappears entirely? It's as if it's starting to load like all other Pro tools, then stops dead?



I used PT 8 all my days and thought PT express it would be a good upgrade although I'm starting to regret it. Maybe I'm missing something? I'm using

4GB
