Transferring eleven rack hardware

I recently purchased a used eleven rack WITHOUT the pro tools software. I have my own copy of pro tools from my old mbox mini and it was cheaper this way.



Is it possible to transfer only the hardware? I found this transfer form but am not sure if its the correct one.
