I'm pretty new here, haven't posted much (not by choice, just been working like a dog on my dissertation), and I was wondering if I could ask a favour from a Sound Designer?
My honour's project is focusing on audio repair for a documentary, and I was hoping somebody would be available to watch two videos: the documentary original and the version I am working on.
I'm treating this as a basic first pass, so it's still a work in progress but I would very much appreciate critique and perhaps some advice on further development of the project.
The project is on Women's Aid in Edinburgh and does feature some domestic abuse survivors speaking about their past so if anybody is uncomfortable watching this then I totally understand.
But if anyone can help me out just by telling me what sounds better than the original, what needs work (chances are will probably be a lot lol) and what you may suggest in furthering the project.
This is for my evaluation section of my dissertation and I would really like to get a good insight into how others hear what I've been hearing for the past year.
Anybody who can help will be greatly admired and credited as a guru in my dissertation!
