11.3 with Blue Sync HD - Not working?

Hi, Sorry if I am asking something that has already been solved before but I could not find it if it was.



I just upgraded my PT rig from a PCI HD rig to HDX with PT 11.3 with a Mac Pro and Thunderbolt expansion chassis.



PT 11 does not recognize my Sync HD (Blue). PT 10 does.



Are there any other users using PT 11 with a Blue Sync HD with success? And install tips?



Avid's answer so far is that the Blue Sync HD is not supported. But as far as I know, it's the exact same machine with a new front. They even run on the exact same firmware.
