all 4 HDio on one HDX card, or spread them out across my 2 HDX cards?

Hi all



so... each Pro Tools|HDX card has two DigiLink Mini connectors, which can support up to four interfaces.



I have 2 HDX cards.



I have 4 HDio interfaces - 16 i/o each.



Is there any difference / advantage / disadvantage to having each HDio interface on it's own port (so the 4 interfaces are one into each available port, across the 2 HDX cards)



vs having all 4 interfaces into the first HDX card, (2 in each port - with a short digilink cable as need be) with no interfaces into the 2nd HDX card
