Getting "Screamy" Noise from Mbox

Hey

I am using Mbox on windows 7

Lately the mbox is making a lot of "Screamy" noise with a lil white noise

It happens not only when i am lunching pro tools it makes the noise all the time (the moment i am plugging in the usb cable)

wanted to know if anyone knows something about it?

I pretty sure I have no warranty since i got it over a year ago

so incase of no warranty what should i do to fix it?
