I purchased an MBox Mini 3 in the Netherlands and moved to Brazil. Now the product needs a small repair (crackly volume pot), but the authorized repair centre in Brazil (Quanta) only accepts warranty claims of products imported by them.
How can I get in touch with Avid directly without purchasing a support code?
