I want to end up with a 320kbps mp3 track. The sessions I'm working in and subsequently, will be bouncing from, are 32 bit.
Should I bounce to aiff 16 bit then convert to 320kbps mp3 in itunes?
Or
Should I bounce to 320kbps mp3 directly from PTs?
The only reason I'm bringing "bit rate" into this is because I noticed as soon as you select "mp3" in the PT's bounce window, the bit rate option goes away.
Does the mean the ditherer is not necessary or that because my session is 32 bit I should go the first rout: first bounce to 16 bit audio then convert to mp3 in itunes.
