I bought a student licence of Pro Tools 11 6 months ago. After buying it, I got a Download Code. I used it and was able to download PT 11.0.3. A couple of days ago, PT told me that an update is available. When I go to the "Pro Tools 11.1.3 Info & Downloads" page, this is written that Registered owners of PT 11 have to log into their account and go to the "Your Products" section.
The problem is that, going in this section, it says me that no download has been found.
How can I solve that ?
