Recording audio over 20 FPS video. Is this a recipe for trouble?

So, I am doing some audio for video for the first time and I was given an Mp4 file that is 20 FPS. It seems strange since that is below the 24-30 range that seems normal. I verified that 20 FPS is what this video was recorded with.



I am using PT 10.x. Am I totally screwed since PT cannot go below 24 FPS or is this OK? This is just a video tutorial of how to use computer software that someone wants to record some voice-overs to. Am I in for trouble?
