CPU Overload

im trying to bounce a beat that i made, but it wont finish bouncing because of cpu overload. if i sent someone my .ptf file and the rest of the files with it, could they bounce it for me...if they didnt have one of the plug ins i used ? or would the plug in come inside the files with the .pft file ?
