Long time user of M-Audio and AVID products and never had a problem before but this has stumped me, I've just got a new Fast Track Solo to replace my old M-Audio Fast Track Duo which I sold to a friend as I no longer needed dual inputs.
Have connected it to both my PC and my Mac Mini and both give power to the unit but neither register the fact that its connected, nothing in system profiler on mac and nothing in device manager on PC.
Do I have a dead unit or is this a known thing. I did try searching the forums but didn't find anything similar to this.
