I purchased the student version of Pro Tools 11 off sweet water.com, typed in the code I was sent for Identit-E.com and gave them my eligibility, so now I got the code to download Pro Tools 11 off Avid, but whenever I type in my ilok username, it keeps saying Pro Tools 11 is not registered on ilok, despite the fact that it shows on Pro Tools 11 was one of my purchases from sweet water.com. I really need some help with this and would greatly appreciate some answers. Thank you.
