S3L-X Lost Connection with S3

Hey Everyone,



I experienced a partial connection failure between the S3 Surface and the E3 Engine while on tour. I worked with Avid Venue Support and they came up with the solution of reinstalling the Venue software after trying some other quick trouble shooting solutions.



Everything is back up and running great!
