LE Bootup

I use Win 7 /64 with an mBox2 and version 8.0.5. When I click on the icon, I am right-clicking and running as administrator even though I selected administrator in PROPERTIES. I've been using PT for many years and was always able to just double-click on the icon to start the boot process. But now, after clicking the icon, I get the message asking me if I want to allow the program to make changes to the computer. What do I need to do so that I click on the icon and it automatically goes through the boot process?
