pro tools 11 wont install

I just bought the student edition of pro tools 11 and I did everything right but every time I try to install pt 11 it keeps rolling back action and says instasheild has stopped the instalation. I dont understand and Im new at all of this so please help me!! I have windows 8 :mad: :confused: :(
