Missing plugins after update to ProTools 11

I did the co-install of the PT11 update, but now I am missing most of my plugins? I know it's probably just a matter of moving them to the correct folder, but I don't have a clue which ones I am looking for, or where to move them. Any help would be greatly appreciated:-)
