003R All Lights On (Unresponsive)

Hey everyone! Yesterday, after a day of recording, I tried to turn on my 003R and all of the lights immediately came on and stayed on. There were no "clicks" that are characteristic of the 003. It is also unresponsive. This occurs whether I have it connected to my computer or if I don't. I have tried different power cords. I can't find anywhere online where this has been expressed or a solution presented. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks for your help.
