PT 11 plug ins to minimise background noise + two more questions

hello all



three quick and easy questions (i hope) to a relatively recent PT11 user:



1) i have some audio that was recorded on what sounds like a super 8 and mic set up and then converted to an MP3 file. is there a supplied PT11 plug in i can use to minimise the background clicking of the film cartridge and a little bit of tape hiss? if not is there a budget plug in you could recommend i should buy?



2) i'm probably being a really dense but i cannot find a snap to previous and snap to next region feature on PT11 as per my old PC Fast track software (now using an iMac). is there one, or an equivalent and if so located where is it located?



3) finally a super dense question. i cannot find a way to nudge edited regions left and right in tiny movements to precisely place them. is this possible and if so what are the shortcut keys please?
