Can't activate PT11-mbox serial not recognized

Hello,

I'm trying to activate Pro Tools 11 upgrade that I just purchased on Sweetwater but when I type in my serial number for my mbox mini 3 on the Avid site it says that it doesn't recognize the serial #. I bought the mbox new a few years back. Any ideas why?
