Need help with protools 11.2.2

Hello I am a protools 10.3.9 and I just upgrade my protools 11 to 11.2.2 evry thing was working except a few bugs which I maybe could have solve them. but any way this is the story. I up graded to 11.2.2 and now I can get any of my music files to open up. they open before I install the upgrade well here is the error code

Could not complete the Open Session... command because Access violation occurred,

unable to write location: 0x0000000000000000

so if any one on here know the key to solve this would be graceful and

oh by the way when I try to setup anew session it bug out and froze on me not sure why it acting this way.
