Hey,
We recently bought a number of McDSP Everything Pack licenses for our studios, suites, and faculty. There were some hiccups during activation-- if I activated the plugs onto an ilok and then tried opening PT 10 (10.3.9) or 11 (11.2.1), I would get a prompt asking for ilok activation during the plugin scanning. Though I saw the licenses on the iloks. So I de-activated, and activated through this pop-up window, and all seemed well.
On one faculty machine, this didn't work-- the pop-up window is telling me there are no activations left in our account, though there are 3 left that haven't been activated. Again, the ilok licenses are activated onto the faculty person's ilok.
I wrote McDSP and they told me this was an iLok issue. I wrote iLok and they told me this must be a Pro Tools issue.
Is there any fix out there? Is this actually a PT bug?
The faculty person's laptop is a 2010 Macbook Pro, running OSX 10.8.5, PT 10.3.8, ilok license manager 2.4.3.1517.
Thanks in advance.
