PT 11HD won't load plug ins

Today I booted up, and all of a sudden,Pro Tools can't find any of my plug ins

I see them in my system drive -library-application support-Avid-plug-Ins folder

I've trashed preferences,I trashed PT HD v11.2.2, and re installed, still no luck, it will only load Avid plug ins.

I'm at a total lose,and need any help one might be able to offer, I'm basically dead in the water in the middle of a heavy mix

MPB 2011 i7 quad core,16 gig ram

PT HD v11.2.2
