Stretch audio

Is there a way to stretch audio instead of trying to cut and paste and do crossfades? I pulled a session in from PT LE 7.4 and now I'm using PT 10 and I need to let the ending ring out more(guitars). I'm trying to do the cut and paste with the crossfade but you can obviously hear the "bump". Any help would be appreciated!
